Each 250ml bottle contains:

Arnica flowers (Arnica montana)
Peppermint oil (Mentha piperita)
Contains purified water and ethanol
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Spray liberally directly to affected area.
Bandage if required.
External use only.
Do not apply to broken skin.
