Purpose

Foot rot is a hoof disease caused by bacteria that grow in excessively wet conditions. It is characterized by:

Separation of the hoof
Abnormal discharge
Foul-smelling odor

If not treated promptly, lameness can result. The label states that copper sulphate in cream form is an effective remedy.

Directions

Apply daily directly into the affected area, such as:

The grooves of the frog
An abscess site
Areas where seedy toe or white line disease is present

Continue use until the area is fully healed and appears healthy.

First Aid

Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Give nothing by mouth. Seek medical advice immediately.

Eyes: Flush thoroughly with water. Seek medical advice if irritation persists.
